Heardmont Exterior – Before and After

The weather here in Northwest Arkansas has been so beautiful lately! The fall colors are just hitting their peak, so this afternoon I took advantage of the mild weather and snapped a few shots of our front yard.

I realized we never shared the photos from our house-painting extravaganza this summer. Back in June, my family came out for two weekends in a row of intense exterior house painting. It was quite labor-intensive, but we are so happy with the outcome! We also hired pros to install new gutters and others to clear out the brush and take down several trees in our front yard that were too close to the house.

Here are the before and afters!

Before: We loved our front yard “forest,” but it was completely overgrown. We did not love the brown brick and navy siding combo on the front of our house, or that gross screen door!

After: We love how the forest looks now that it’s been thinned-out, and we’re so happy with the new paint color (Sherwin Williams Artichoke) and gutters. I had fun picking out pumpkins and gourds to set off our new colors this fall!

What do you think of the changes?
